Quality Control
With the recent media reports of unprecedented product recalls and product contamination claims, product safety and quality control is at the forefront of everyone’s mind. LidWorks strives to go above and beyond the industry standards.
An extremely important part of LidWorks' operations is documentation of production and quality systems. This documentation, showing how the product was made and tested, enables traceability and, in the event of future problems, recall capabilities.
To further ensure correction of any product defects, LidWorks also maintains a documented Corrective Action Procedure, so concerns make it to the proper personnel for prompt action.

Certification
Internal quality controls are not enough to satisfy LidWorks' commitment to superior products and procedures. On top of certifications from the American Institute for Baking, and the adherence to GMP, LidWorks is also subject to external audits from independent third parties, and blue chip industry leading companies and restaurant chains. In fact, we welcome inspections and visits from our customer and value the input we receive.
